No. Classes are for members and non-members.

Each new session starts on the odd months. You can find our session schedule here. Class duration varies between four weeks and seven weeks depending on the class.

Waitlists are made once class is full and maintained until the class starts. We cannot enter you in the next session as registration is done online by the owner. We suggest that you follow JBKC Facebook page as we post when sessions are up and ready for sign ups. This is usually mid month on the even months. Please contact us if you have any other questions about class waitlists.

Yes! We welcome all mix breeds and purebreds dogs.

We offer single drop-in classes starting at $10. Session classes are between $100 and $140. We try to keep classes affordable so the public can train their dogs.

Yes, visitors are welcome. Chairs are available for off mat use. One handler with dog on mat and it’s best to not mix handlers during a session.

Yes. Vaccines, including rabies, are age appropriate. However, bordatella is an annual vaccine that is required by JBKC and can be administered to very young puppies.

Dog should have a well-fitting collar and six foot lead. Instructors may assist you with a proper collar if you have questions. Handler should be in comfortable clothes and shoes.

E-collars and flexi leads are not allowed, but all other equipment is allowed and will be discussed at class. Your dog must have a head collar on to attend.
