Canine Good Citizen

Canine Good Citizen (CGC) is open to all dogs, mixed breeds and purebreds, 6 months and older. This class builds on the skills learned in Family Dog and S.T.A.R. Puppy. By training in CGC, you and your dog will deepen your bond and become a more connected team. You will not only learn foundational skills for the evaluation but will master skills so you and your dog will be welcomed, well-mannered, community members.

Recalls (coming when called)

Sundays at 12pm starting May 19 and Mondays at 5:45pm starting May 6
4 dog limit per class
Each class is 1 hour
6 week session

For dogs 6 months or older

Classes are at our NEW Clubhouse and Training facility, located at 5416 W County Road A, Janesville, WI 53548
Equipment will be discussed first day of class

Testing is included in the class fee and will be done on the 6th week. Passing the CGC test makes you eligible for your CGC title through AKC.
